Phase 1: Nov 1-7: Mindset preparation & grocery list making & shopping.
Phase 2: Nov 8- 14 : Whole non-processed organic foods (no alcohol & sugar or dairy) for 7 days + ample water/lemon & decaf herbal tea & flax seed cocktails in the AM
Phase 3 Nov 15-21: Continuing the cleanse with slow reintroduction/ to see how certain foods make you feel (i.e. dairy, gluten)

Really enjoy Kelly's class! She is very kind and sweet and teaches a variety of poses. She also comes around and helps with your form instead of teaching on the mat, which is nice.
